Col. Sameer Salooja (Retd.)
Col. Sameer Salooja (Retd.) is a veteran Indian Army officer with over 32 years of service, with experience in Administration, Security Leadership, Legal matters, Logistics and Facility management. Post retirement, he served in the Indian Army in the capacity of Veteran Army Officer in Discipline, Vigilance, Legal & Administration appointments on re-employment.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Delhi University, along with Postgraduate Diplomas in Disaster Management and Social Duties & Human Rights (Gold Medallist) from the University of Lucknow.
During his service in the Indian Army, he handled responsibilities related to Administration, Discipline & Vigilance, Compliance, Risk management, Logistics, Budgeting and Maintenance of large establishments. He has been awarded several service medals, including the Sainya Seva Medal, Operation Vijay Medal, Operation Rakshak Medal, High Altitude Medal and the Wound Medal (Battle casualty). He is also recipient of Commendation Cards from the Chief of the Army Staff and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief.
